Founding history of the institute:
Kiran Ji aspires to create such an institution to increase research in the field of Maithili language. Kiran Ji is a disciple of late. Ramchandra Mishra 'Madhukar' ji's heart remained warm. One day, in the presence of Kiran Ji, ohina literary gossip was going on in a seminar. Respected Ramji Thakur, former president of Sanskrit Sahitya Akademi was honored. Balbhadra Jha, former president Ramchandra Mishra 'Madhukar', Ganga Nath Babu, Ashish Sahu, Late. Shri Bhairab Thakur, Mahendra Nath ji, Kumarkant Pathak and Late. Shri Bhola Babu etc. were present. Mithila - Seeing the dearth of research workers for the benefit of Mithila, the founding fathers of the church arose. One vote of approval was given by Rakhal Gayle of 'Kiran Maithili Sahitya Shodh Sansthan' dated 5th August 1975.

The first executive formation under the chairmanship of Shri Kailash Nath Jhak was organized by the member Loknik. Objective : Mithila is a very ancient Ramayana period civilization and cultural now thick. The Indian citizen is a self-respecting, tolerant, characterful concept, which is the basis of the Indian cultural and national women's social flag. What is this spiritual history and what is this spiritual language called desi language and what is called Vidyapati's word in Desi language and what is called Maithili is a good linguistic historical discovery.
Vision :Mithilak Gaurav and Maithili Bhaka should encourage and support multidimensional research by exploring new perspectives of historians. In the presence of great talent, along with the sensitive and aware actions of the society, there have been continuous movements focused on the welfare of all people.
